Tuition Fees for the Academic year 2012-2013
At Rochester Arts and Sciences Academy, the annual tuition fee covers the cost of full-day academic instruction (7.45am to 3.25pm) books and other curriculum materials. Additional fees apply for after-school care
(3.35 to 6.00), care/camps on days not part of the academic calendar, basic school supplies, and certain field trips. For any specific questions regarding tuition payments or tuition assistance, please email schooloffice@rasamn.org.
School Year: August 27, 2012 through June 21, 2013
The tuition costs for the 2012-2013 academic school year are as follows: Preschool* (3 year old class): $8,995 Junior Kindergarten* (4 year old class): $ 8,995 Kindergarten (age 5 by September 1): $ 8,995 Grade 1 through Grade 6: $ 8,995 * subject to availability there is the option for children to attend the preschool or JK classes for 5 half days.

2012-2013 School Year Discounts: 1. $500 discount for tuition fees paid in full prior to March 1, 2012 2. Each additional child will receive a $500 discount Payment options: A. Pay full fees prior to March 1st and receive a $500 discount per student B. Pay $500 deposit by March 1st and the remaining fees on or before August 1, 2012. C. Pay $500 prior to March 1st and the remainder in 5 equal portions, the first on or before August 1, 2012 and the remaining four prior to the start of the remaining terms. |
After school care and non-academic days of school breaks:
Doors open at 7.30 am.
On-site after-school care (until 6.00 pm) charges: $5 per day, per child if picked up between 3:35 and 4.30 pm; $10 per day, per child if picked up between 4.30 pm and 6.00 pm.
Tuition Scholarship program
RASA strives to make tuition affordable for parents. Partial tuition scholarships are available based on financial need and availability of funds. Interested families of enrolled students are asked to contact us at schooloffice@rasamn.org to initiate the process of applying for tuition assistance. Funds for the tuition scholarship program are supported by community donations and the school.
